Although projects are based on stock designs, each order is adjusted and uniquely created to ensure accuracy and to include any required personal details or order numbers.

Files are not generated until 24 hours after purchase, allowing the client time to request adjustments to their selection. Please note that adjustments are limited to the options available on the product page and do not include changes outside of these options.

Please allow up to 5 working days for completion before contacting info@spriggstudio.co.uk. When contacting us, kindly reference your purchase number.

Products can be amended within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@spriggstudio.co.uk. Please include your order number in your email.

An amendment refers to minor changes to an existing design, such as changing the position of a door, altering which side a log store is located on, or making other small layout adjustments. Requests that change the overall design or specification of the product, such as adding a full set of doors, adding or removing a log store, or requesting a different configuration, are considered design changes and may require the design to be recreated. These requests are subject to additional design fees.

Any amendment or design change requested after the order has been completed will also be subject to additional fees.

All purchases are non-refundable as they are supplied in the form of digital files.

The download package includes PDF-based files containing:

• Exterior renders

• 2D plans and elevations

• A basic Oak cut list

Please note: the cut list does not include cladding or studwork, as these elements vary depending on contractors’ methods and chosen materials.
